p.1 #1 · Dirt Jumping

Hi all, I've been lurking for months now and I've decided to take the plunge and post after going along to my first riding session without my bike yesterday! I've been into the more extreme side of mountain biking since as long as I could walk so I think it's a natural thing to want to take pictures of after getting into photography. Here are my first efforts, these are my favourite 4 out of a mixed bag of 170 shots! They were taken with a Canon 30D and the 18-55 kit lens. (Settings may be off as I'm still not 100% with reading EXIF data!)

C+C are very much encouraged as I won't get better without it!

These are a nice start, id like to see you get closer and at different angles perfer lower as it make it look as if they are higher of the ground.
You obviously know the riders and where there are going to jump from and land .
If you can try it get some off camera flash on to the riders to help separate them from the background.
