Nice lines and symetry. Very well leveled and squared and centred and converging. The b/w is a good choice to emphasize the scene. Color would likely be too busy.
I think it would be improved to reduce the exposure on the central man's shirt and the right lady black jacket. I would also try layering and painting in less reflection from the lights on the walls.
Scott thanks for the comments. As much as I agree with you I am always ambivalent
about altering an image and in general even cropping it (maybe a side effect of
Universitary education on those matters...lol). Actually if anyone seeks to publish
images at some point they ought to have that on the back of their minds. You would
be surprised to see how many publications will not touch an image that was altered.
In general they draw the line at adjusting colors. On the other hand, I too alter loads
of images (clearly stated as such) and mainly when I am shooting digital and its more
of fun, fun, fun.
That said the adjustments would have to be in the printing of the negative.
