#7 - White-crowned Sparrow?
#8 - Crow

One pair of Canada Geese had 23 goslings in their care. I don't think they were babysitting and I don't think they lay that many eggs. Does anyone know if they kidnap goslings from other geese?

7 is a white-crowned.

Nice job, you got some cuties in there. I really like the detail in the quail.

Lovely shots there Tony,

could it be that the geese jointly raise their young at times? Ostriches have a dominant pair which raises all the chicks.....

Tony I looked this up and it looks like someone is doing some kidnapping. Nice photos BTW. Cool crow and please make sure all those goslings stay in Canada
