Nice shot, I like the crop to control your subject area. You might consider a reflector to help with the deep shadows under the hat. Pretty good overall.
Question: was this posed or was this more of a PJ capture?
If it was posed, then really, step back. you have almost zero eye contact because of the glasses reflections which are impeding our view of his eyes. You have no particularly interesting expression on the subject's face, no mood or verve to make me interested and hold my interest.
If it is more PJ style, then what made you want this picture?
