p.1 #1 · Please Help Identify Raptor

I am hoping one of the knowledgeable birders here will be able to identify this raptor. The pointed wings suggest falcon, but everything else makes me think it's a juvenile red tailed hawk. Perhaps he just has the tips of the wing closed at the moment, just to make me think he's a falcon?!?

The photo was taken just west of Toronto in Southern Ontario. Any identification help will be appreciated.

Your instinct is correct - Red-tailed Hawk with wings pointed!
