This is just my 3rd time using the at home studio. I do know I need a 3rd strobe to blow out the white screen in the back.and eliminate those shadows. Cut the power of one of your strobes in half or switch it off altogether and try moving your key light more to the side so it helps define the muscle. Hope that helps.
