I have a rack-mount Compaq Proliant DL360 up for grabs. I cannot recall its exact specs and I can't seem to figure out how to pull those up given its serial #. I do know the front says R01800256/serial #. If someone gives me a link to double check the specs, I'll run the serial #.
It has not been booted in several years, but if I recall it is a dual P3, probably somewhere between 600-and 900 MHz, and has 2 18 GB Ultra SCSI drives in trays. It worked fine when I last booted it (when I ran some flavor of Linux on it).
The thing is loud - this is a machine which belongs in a server room. I also have some documentation, CDs, and a few odds and ends (various cables, etc.).
I am in the Toronto area and because of its size and weight, I am only interested in local pickup by a party who intends to use it.
Free to someone who wants to grapple with it, and hopefully even develop some pictures from it. I'm too busy with my 35mm SLR's to find time to mess with this fella.
I live in Berlin, Germany by the way. Tho' a low-cost airmail packet shouldn't be too bad.
