Multiple ways of doing it. You can adjust individual color toning in RAW (Lightroom, or other editors), or you can add color balance / channel mixer masks in Photoshop, etc.

Just looking at the ones of bride with the correct skin color and the rest in blue remind me of this website :http://www.daveblackphotography.com/workshop/06-2007.htm
Dave Black uses a low temperature setting in camera (around 3000) and uses a flash with a CTO to counterbalance. So it's blue outside and correct color where the flash goes ! Simple, can't wait to try it myself and no PP to be done !
