I finally found a 28-70L 2.8 so this lens will need to go. I received it last week thinking I would use it for basketball (I shot 2 games with it) but I feel sort of restricted when I use it so the 28-70L will now fill that role. The lens is LNIB with the unfilled warranty card. In other words the lens is MINT. I have not experienced any focus issues with it on either of my 40D's either. My price of $300 includes shipping/insurance and PP fees. I can ship USPS (preferred) or UPS, the choice is yours. Pictures are below.
