Took it really quick on the way to the gym. Didn't realize my ISO (1600) was that high till after I got home. That's what I get for not checking my settings beforehand...

D40 @ 200mm and f5.6

Any comments or crits would be welcome! Am I correct in thinking that the reason there is so much noise was because of the really high ISO?

Not bad for ISO 1600 shot. Nice colors. I assumed this is a hand held shot and if that the case it is quite sharp.
