Beautiful series, Maggie. I like the shots of "dinner on the go" and the not so common Common Merganser. Your handsome pigeon is one fat cat Guess you like em chubby, eh!
Ken
P.S. Is that a crocodile feeding on a wilderbeast I detect way off in the distance in the 1st shot? No, I suppose not.

Sweet series, Maggie. #1 is my favorite image. My MKIII as been in since the 18th of Dec. Called today and for some reason they sent it to New Jersey to fix something else, although they could'nt say what that was or when I get it back. Except for the focus issue it sure seemed fine to me. UHOH!
Maggie, magnificient captures. "Common"? No way!!!!!! That MKIII looks to be a fine, super fine camera! The colors are tremendous! Sharpness exceptional! You can pick the reds, greens out on the ducks wings from that distance nop problem.! Wonderful work Maggie! Happy New Yaer!

Good Golly Ms Molly....I mean Ms Maggie.
Quite the wonderful detail and color....can't wait to hear Ken(zoom) comment on the pigeon. Likely just a "quack"
really looking good with the MkIII
My thoughts exactly!
How lucky for you that Hooded Mergansers are so common up there. They are a real treat for us down here in SoCal.
