Thanks for the nice comments. Everything was looking good yesterday for a clear, sunset flight until about 4pm when a high overcast starting move in - we almost scrubbed it, but it looked broken out to our east so i suggested we load up, point the nose up and see how high we could get. I think we were rewarded for our effort with clear skies above at 6500 and a soft broken layer. (except for the numb fingers fumbling around on my camera dials!)
