Awesome A2A and A2G shots!

I knew the F-15 was bigger than the F-16, didn't really realize how much until I saw that shot of them sitting on the ground beside each other.

Wildcat on your six! ...How close was he, I hear you cry? See the second shot, 28mm no crop. That's Jim's knee at bottom right. And these are D800 files, so there are pixels: the last shot is a 1:1 crop of the first.

Like Steve and Jay, bailed on the show today since I really don't want Anya to get sick, and it's 52F and windy out there. Plus, the gray skies and 1600' ceiling aren't going to allow for much of a show, photographically speaking. Tomorrow we rock the show, today we RRR.

Did spend a few minutes editing, however, and found my first keeper.

rather bummed that tonight's flight is scrubbed, but hoping something comes together for tomorrow night, and that mother nature cooperates tomorrow. in the meantime, I boogied out of there as the tbirds were starting, and I'm going to start going through today's shots of gray skies and more gray skies with heads and hats in my view..
