p.1 #1 · Christmas presents under $150???

My brother and sister asked what I wanted for Christmas and I thought I'd try to get something photo related. They want to spend about $150. Any ideas? Maybe something like extension tubes?

Thanks,

Dennis

Good idea on extension tubes only if you would use them. Personally I prefer Canon 500D magnifying filter.

Other items that are photo related include polarizer filter, smallish camera bag, batteries/battery charger, memory cards, photography books, photo editing software, external hard drive, flash bracket, reflectors, etc. etc.

No offense, Dennis...but the way you buy and sell camera gear, is that really what you want for Christmas?

For $150 . . . how about an iPod Nano?

I just bought the new nano and it's awesome, a huge improvement to my generation one ipod nano.

Lenspen or Lenspen Sensor Klear. Cable Release. Lens hoods. Camera bags. Rain covers. Photo art books.

Those are the things that've been on my lists over the years.

How about a stack of matted picture frames? That way you can put your nice images in them and give them as gifts!

Filters, a used ST-E2 (if you shoot Canon), a Kenko 1.4 extender, camera bag or two. I hope this helps.

That's easy - a $149 gift card!

Kind of an odd thing to suggest in a photography forum... Oh, wait, you mean a camera hand strap. Never mind!
