Benjamin- welcome to the site! I'm not sure what you were going for here, but the cross bars in the fence kind of throw off the picture. It would be workable if it was just the fence and the cart, and even better if it was just the cart. It looks like the light was pretty good on the cart, but again the cross bars are distracting. The picture also looks a little green. Was that the look you wanted?

Something about the picture just doesn't look right to me. Any help is appreciated.
I think that critique is tough for me as I don't understand the picture - I couldn't even begin to talk about its technique aspects without first connecting with the picture in some way. A picture needs to connect to its audience on some kind of soulful, inner level. This one doesn't say anything to me. It's true that art says something different to everyone, but it says something, this one doesn't seem to have a message to convey.
