p.1 #1 · Billboard rates?

I thought I had a rate card bookmarked that showed how much to charge for various media types but I was curious as to what the going rate would be for a photograph that will be used in a heavily traveled section of a fairly major metropolitan area (Tampa I275 - I4 interchange)?

For one year the going rate is about $2,400 and six months about $1,600 according to FotoQuote.

It's up for a month so I don't know if that plays into things. Probably $1k? :dunno:

How many billboards?

What size is the image in relation to the Billboard AD

Duration 1 week, 1 month,, etc

As you are probably aware this is major advertising and commands a high fee. There is a reason why they want your picture. Go slightly higher as you can always come down.

In the UK one billboard AD, image occupying full AD area, for 1 month is £1,360.00, the larger the image, and longer the duration, the greater the cost.
