I love this camera. In fact, I love the Mark III so much, that I'm going to get the new 1Ds Mark III in a couple of months. So I need to sell this body and some other gear to raise cash.

Items included: All original items - box, accessories, blank warranty card, retail receipt, etc.
I purchased this body new on June 1st from an authorized Canon dealer (San Jose Camera & Video). I paid $4,871.20 (including tax), and will include the retail receipt.
The body has about 16k actuations on the shutter (the shutter is rated for 300k). The camera has performed very well, and I've been extremely pleased with it. I have not experienced the AI Servo focus issues that have been seen in some cameras. Last weekend I was shooting waterskiing and surfing, all in AI Servo with my 300/2.8 IS, and had a very high percentage of the shots in perfect focus (about 80%).
The body is in excellent condition, with only very minor traces of use. Nothing significant enough to show up in a photo. There are no rub marks, scratches, or paint chips. I have not used the flash shoe.
This is an awesome camera, and I'm looking forward to the 1Ds version of the Mark III.
Price
$4,150 net to me.
Assuming $50 for FedEx Ground shipping within the US, this would work out to $4,200 shipped if paying with cash, check, paypal e-check, or wire transfer, or $4,325 shipped if paying by regular paypal.

I'm not uploading any photos, as this one is really indistinguishable from a new body, and all the original materials are included (most have never been removed from their wrappers).
