Konica-Minolta DiMAGE Dual Scan IV

This is a dedicated Film Scanner, for scanning 35mm Positives (slides), Negatives and APS film (need optional APS film cartridge, which does not come with the scanner, as it must be purchased separately)
Excellent scanner, used very little. Actually this was purchased for a family project that fell through, and as such I have had no use for it. We had several hundred slides we wanted to preserve from the 1950’s and 1960’s, so I bought the scanner to begin saving the slides digitally to later put into DVDs to share with the rest of the family. However, another family member beat us to the largest portion of the slides and they will not let us have them long enough to scan so I have no use for the scanner anymore. I scanned about 50 slides total with the scanner, all of which turned out excellent digital copies (far better than we expected). I will post some of those images later (although not being able to see the actual slides will make judgment difficult, but you will be able to see what it produces from a slide. I bought the scanner brand new, so I am the original and only owner of this unit.

The scanner is practically like brand new. I am writing this at work, so any alterations in the actual item descriptions will be noted and edited in bold if anything turns out to not be in “like new” condition. Side note: As I have seen this come up in a couple questions in other posts, This scanner was used in smoking household. Although no smoking was done in the office it was used in, I wanted to mention it. I cannot say if it is effected or not, however it is now in a smoke-free household.
