Tsavo east bull elephant, Iloved the rich colours from the dust in theese. This was a very sociable chap.

2# This was a Tsavo west elephant without the coloring but with a bad attitude, you can just see the tree he broke off into the road to block us

Very enjoyable series, Dean. The 2nd elephant does indeed look a little intimidating. Looks like you had a super trip.

Very nice photos. How I long to go to Africa . . .

My only complaint might be too much curves/levels work in the first two phots. I don't like harsh shadows of the mid day sun, but for my eyes, a little more contrast would be ideal.

Do they talk much about the two lions from Tsavo that killed 100+ people as featured in The Ghost and The Darkness? Maybe lion attacks are common enough that these particular events are not as
"impressive" sounding as they are for folks outside Africa.
