Imaging Resource and Steve Digicams just posted full-length previews on the new Sony DSC-F828. The camera features eight million pixels on a tiny 2/3" type CCD, which translates to a mere 2.7 µm pixel pitch. With three million pixels more than the previous model on the same size sensor, how the new Sony will handle digital noise and dynamic range is yet to be seen.
