For me, there's too much river in the front that doesn't really offer much. It may have been better to frame the picture a bit higher up, to see more of the buildings (of course hard for me to say since I don't know what's out there). Also, you may want to experiment with the white balance - reduce the color temperature a bit, the light is far too yellow, unless that was your intention.
