Since your question has already been answered I'll just add this;
We all have our personal 'optimum sttings' for particular uses ie: sports, portait etc... I like to save my settings to the card and plop it in a folder on my pc. That way if I know I'm going out to shoot sports I'll just copy the file to a card and pop it into the body, load up the info and I'm ready to go exactly as I want it.
I do this because I've found myself shooting with less than perfect settings because I forgot to switch something. And you know how it goes... this revelation usually happens after the fact, when it's too late!
