These images have been floating around the 'net for well over a year. They were also recently called photos of a huge storm we had here in the Toronto-area in mid-August.

They are most decidedly not images of Katrina coming in.

These Photos are not Katrina, these are from supercell storms in the midwest.

I know the photographer, PLEASE REMOVE these and do not pass them on. I would think people on this board would know about copyright infringement.

It shouldn't take a genius to figure out you can't photograph a hurricane from the ground like this. Hurricanes are waaaaaaaay too big to capture images like these... and unlike tornadoes (which these are) the gale force winds reach out for many miles away from the center.
