I am pleased as pie today - I went to Nikon yesterday, got the new D2h CF door for $7.00 CDN from their parts dept., and replaced it today myself. All you need is a jewelers screwdriver and a few minutes of patience, and that's it. Its just a matter of transfering over the hinge, door latch and screws to the new door. Its so cheap and easy, and worth replacing the whole door - instead of trying to reglue the rubber, which was the reason why I needed to replace it.
This repair wil also apply to those of you with D2x's when the time comes that the rubber will start to fall off.
