I love mine!!! It is an awesome lens with perfect contrast and colour. On my 1D the FoV is just right for so many things........here's a couple of my daughter Julia!!
I tried Pbase but it tends to return the same limited selection, and for this lens they weren't anywhere as nice as what tends to get posted here. In fact, that's exactly why I wanted a "second opinion!"
Truck, I just sold the Tamron and got the new 24-105L, but the Tamron is a great lens. I also think the 60mm macro is a fantatsic lens - my sharpest and great color. One reason I hesitate to go full frame is that I would have to sell this lens!
I am the first to admit that I have a lot to learn, but I love learning with this lens.
This first one is at church a week ago. Focus was on the boy on the far left. No Flash.

At a party earlier this summer. This was a tough night as it's on a houseboat and it's DARK, but the 35L saved me...using 2nd sync shutter on my 580EX. I used my sigma 24-70 briefly, then changed to the 35. The comparisons are not even fair.
