I know it's shocking to see a camera that was actually used.
I also have a like new body for 2200. I'm only selling one so the first one to sell - I'm going to keep the one that doesn't.
This is a good deal on a loved camera. Send it into CPS, get a new top cover and shutter. I don't send in things that ain't broken.
Hey Adam, I'm sorry. I was just having a little fun. Looking at that body I was trying to visualize
how it got to looking like that. I'll bet it does still work great and I wish I still had mine.
If that body could just tell stories I bet they would be great !

I used a black rapid double strap.
The cameras hang and therefore rub against things, wearing down the cameras paint. The toggle and dial came off on their own. It's a commonish 5dm3 issue, google it.
I'll just be brutally honest, for the price I can get to near new condition right here on FM.com. People won't pay that kind of money unless they just have spare change jingling around in their pocket. If work supplies your gear, "I'm only selling because my work supplies my gear", then why ask for a sky high price...just curious but that doesn't seem ethical.
I really think Canon should buy this for a museum to show how badass their cameras are. The fact that it's still perfectly functional, especially after this wear and 200k shots, is incredible.
