This is a genuine Canon hood that fits the 50mm 1.4 M39 rangefinder lens. It is in really amazing condition considering it is near 50 years old. There are no dings or dents, only minor paint wear on the edges and two blemishes in the paint as seen in the photos. I would not call these scratches, but they are discolorations in the finish. These are sometimes available on the big auction site for $75-150 but only in the two tone version with the silver/aluminum retaining ring portion. This is the much more rare all black version. I think it is far better looking but your opinion may vary. I will include shipping in the continental USA. I rate it conservatively at 8+ due to the two finish marks. $65 OBO
