Did you de-click the lens yourself?
I have an Olympus Zuiko 50mm that I want to try to de-click.
Is it as easy as removing the back piece of metal and taking away a little de-clicking scew?

Yes, I did it myself. The aperture ring is at the front of the lens, so you need to remove the front trim ring and I think the front lens element as well (been a while since I did it). There is a metal ring with indents/holes and a ball bearing that indexes in the holes. You need to remove the ring and bearing and then find a suitable solution for damping the movement, without the click mechanism the aperture turns very easily and is much too loose. I used a felt ring.
