This is a new ipad never used and is still in the factory sealed box. It is black, 64 GB and has WiFi + Cellular servcie available. This is the lastest version. Save $100 over the store cost. I have the same unit and it's wonderfull! The photos are so clean I use mine to show clients and friends my photos all the time.

Sorry, just saw your post. It's set up for Verizon but will accept AT&T with a new SIM card. I have 2 of these both on AT&T, one for me and one for the wife. When I signed up for service they just swapped out the SIM card.
