A ton of fun and, as you wondered, definitely hot. The coldest Thailand gets in the winter during the day is pretty dang warm... haha. One of the worst things about that region

What a nice set of action shots. These huge animals look like they are having as much fun as their "opponents". Since so many are mistreated, great to see these having a better time.

It's a challenge to find elephants that are treated perfectly well -- almost impossible, I'd guess. But tourism is the only chance elephants have out in Thailand so I just try to choose the kindest places I can find
