It's possible to make out the black beady eyes on the head in a 'V' shape as well as thin mucous strands underneath the body.

Interesting behaviour whereby the male appears to be releasing some kind of white exudate on which the female is feeding. Probably some form of stimulant to encourage mating. Though I'll have to look this up, or better yet someone can provide some additional info. for me to be certain.
The female cockroach is licking the hormonal secretions of his tergal gland (the pygidial gland?). It seems that their attractants which act at a distance are called sex pheromones and those that act by contact are "aphrodisiacs". The male's one is called seducin!
