I often present images on Critique first, but this one will go to BW as well. I often find there is some element that needs tuning in processing or comp that the folks here have helped me with many times. I just posted a strong image of an immature bird here, not recognizing the color balance issues, for example.

It is very busy ... yet the detail and clarity cut through the busy-ness. Nicely done.
No recommendation as to approach atm ... but I might consider a tweak on the tower to give it some additional separation/distinction (if you desire for us to see it with prominence) and maybe a slight trim ... or not.
