Why should you be ticked-off ? Look at positive side that you were able to shoot lot more things with your mkiii and make money. If you didnot shoot anything with mkiii then it is understandable but as long as you got your money's worth you should be happy, after-all difference is just $1200 between two which could have been made up in just one wedding shoot. Dont loose your peace of mind over $1200.

So...a bit of a random question...Do you guys think this is one of the best prices for the 5D3? The best price I've seen on Amazon is $2949 with 5% rewards back (it's currently at 2% back). I think this refurbished deal is the best I've seen for a used/refurbished 5D3 from a company. I've seen some pretty good used deals from individual sellers, but I always worry about those since there is no warranty and usually no return policy. I'm in the market to buy a 5D3, but I have some time to wait so I'm trying to figure out when the best time to buy is and where it would be best to buy it from. Thanks!

It's the best deal I've seen. I bought mine on Monday and they had less than 100 left in stock. If they aren't gone already, I'm sure it won't be long

Wow! That's better then a "used" mark III on kijiji with more activations!! I need a camera for my Dh (and as much as I love my D3S I'm itching to get this camera too, so using the Dh As an excuse!) do they ship to Canada??

Yup. A buddy of mine had a D800 and the dang thing focuses like crap. He even let me try it. Tried focusing on a simple light switch on the wall and it hunted back and forth where my 5D3 just snapped right to it and was accurate. He has top notch lenses, too.

I have had 5 so far, all have had AF issues ...... Meanwhile I have never had a D3 with any issues.
I just ordered this camera, and while I am in love with nikon sensors, I am getting annoyed by AF issues.
