I just heard about someone who got a Nikon refurb. He checked the shutter actuations and it was 40,000!

Most people get well under 1000 (I've had two that were under 100). I heard of one who complained with a high shutter count refurb and got it replaced.

The mark 3 that I got on refurb this past January was spotless and only had 40 clicks on it. Brand new

both of my 5D Mark II's are refurbished and had under 100 actuations on them

I would love to jump on this deal... but will need to hold off (for now)

Glad I only have $1k in business checking at the moment, otherwise I'd be listing a 5D II or 7D and shouting, "Stop me, Smee!"

Oh Canon uses Fedex Signature required. So if you aren't going to be home make sure to sent it to your place of work or something. My nearest Fedex pickup location is 40 min away and is only open 9-4. I really don't like Fedex.

I did a pre-order back in March of 2012 and paid that amount. It's a bummer that they are so much cheaper now, but I'm glad that I shot a majority of my 2012 weddings on the Mark III.
