15mm, 21mm and 50mm
My plan is to limit myself to just 3 lenses to keep the weight down.
The only lens I would probably add in the future would be a great 28mm from Zeiss (if they would release such a lens), because the gap between 21 and 50 is a bit too large.
Boris
Boris, you like the recent Sigma lenses. Why not try out their new 35mm f:1.4? I have read very positive things about it.

One question for the single men that might go there...used to be a joke about "isolated" places in that it is great for the single man because there is a woman behind every tree...only problem...no trees

I think it has lots of detail.
Regarding the 90mm: there should be 3-4 landscape images in the Patagonia thread.
Boris
Yes details are there - so this is more subject matter and image size issue.
Forgot already Patagonia, while searching for it found also Croatia photos (including one 90mm shot), which I had missed somehow - seems that checking once a month first few pages of Alt forum is not enough...

some very excellent images in this thread. Oh, to be able to go back to 1960 and shoot some ASA 10 Kodachrome at this locale (but with some modern Leica wide angle lenses in our kit as well)

I think I will wait for the rumored Zeiss 1.4/28mm (see for example https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1194426). While the Sigma is probably very good, I prefer the mechanical construction of the Zeiss lenses and the 28mm focal length fits better in the gap between 21 and 50 in my opinion.

Great work both of you & thanks for sharing!
Borisīs images from Reine stands out for me with the beautiful contrasting warm and cold light and of course the spectacular setting which I know from one visit in the summer some years ago. Your pictures makes me want to come back in the winter season.

Great trip and great images!
I will pick some when I have a moment, but my first impression -
I think Philippe could have spent more time doing some post work
on his stuff and Boris could have made a tighter selection, some images
although great, feel repetitive. I guess you reached a hard to reach location
you are having a hard time picking one version, but I would.
I like the ones from before the sunrise, when you still have
some house lights on the best.

Thanks Snopchenko, Andrew and justruss!
Andrew, I could have made a tighter selection, but I thought it might be interesting to some people how the light (and with the light the mood and the colors) changes within minutes at the same place.
By the way the location was not at all hard to reach.
Nobody has written any comments about my 360° panorama shot (positive or negative). Not interesting?
