These look great! If you were in PA I'd have you be a 2nd for me
Thanks, I appreciate it. It has been hard to find good second shooting opportunities. DavidCZ took a big chance on me and has had me come along for 5 of my 6 weddings.

Aspiring second? Why aspiring, looked like you're ready to shoot on your own even?
Umm, wow, thanks. That is not really the goal even, but is nice to hear coming from you. I love and am better at my day job than I ever will be at photography, and I really have no desire to deal with client phone calls and meetings. I want to be good enough to second shoot for photographers I admire 5-15 times a year and have a blast.
I started using the A.S. subject before I had shot a wedding and will likely keep using it for the next year or so to make my progress search-able.

nice to see your progression! 3, 7, 11, 19 are really well done.
Thanks for keeping track. If you ever have some insight on things I may be overlooking or should work on, I would place a high value on your comments.

That place is exceptionally hard to shoot at. Receptions aren't that bad, but the ceremony I shot there was dark and poorly lit.best
You nailed it. Great job!
Thanks, I had two strobes up in the balcony for the ceremony. I think the quality of light was not bad there, but it was way too dark for me to be shooting with the 70-200 in ambient light (trying to get a different angle from the primary). I think I had the flashes at ~4 stops above ambient for that portion of the evening, and had to replace the batteries on 2 of my flash heads before the night was done.

Love the simplicity of 1! I have been struggling with being creative during that phase of the event. I am really happy with how that one turned out, now I just need to get better at creating more in that spirit. (love the tight yet intimate look you give to your images and would like to bring a touch of that to my work)
What's holding you back? It's surely not your skill with the camera...
This is not the direction I was expecting this to go. Honestly I was hoping they were just good enough to get some critique. Lets see, what is holding me back?
Lack of desire to deal with the business side combined with super high standards. Until I can deliver to the client something that I would be happy receiving, I do not feel right selling myself to a client.

Good job.
Is there anything you would like to see me improve on before you would consider me as a second? (part hypothetical, part real question.. you are not too far away)
