Back in 1988 I began my law enforcement career. My first job was as a Capitol Police Officer. One of my many daily duties was to lock the Capitol at 10PM. I left there in 1990. There was a law suit that was filed and won that now forces the people's statehouse to remain open at all times. The key hole is now covered.
