Looking to purchase lenses which I can use full AF on my Nex 5n.
So far I can only see 3,
1) LA-EA1 - Firmware update VERY slow AF
2) LA-EA2 - Looks good but only works on A-mounts
3) Metabones EF Smart Adpater - Only works on EF & EF-S lens.
4) Speedbooster adapters, but AF is very slow.,
(Is there any others, I dont want to add 2 adapters on the LA-EA2)
Moving the amount of glass in DSLR lenses requires power sufficient to contend with the glass mass and/or the gearing involved. The amount of juice in the Nex likely doesn't have enough "ooomph" to ever move a larger format lens at anything other than ... SLOW ... I wouldn't expect too much performance.
Zeiss have some lenses coming out soon, 12mm f/2.8, 32mm f/1.8 and 50mm f/2.8 (macro?)
Contax G with MX Camera adapter(release soon?)

Sigma 19, 30, 50?(soon)
