These are fantastic! I have only seen golden eagles once, they seem to be a lot more rare in northern California than even the bald eagles.

Thanks. One of my friend spots one Golden Eagle up in Calaveras Reservoir few days back. I need to go there check it out. Last year, we saw 2 up there and they are big. They fly high and didn't go hunt on the hill where we were photographing the Bald Eagle.
