I really enjoy seeing the posts of your family and kids. I think the first time I noticed your work was a post from a trip to an apple orchard. My favorite might be the "Milk, Knives and a 5 year old". You do a great job of telling a story, taking the every day activity and turning it into something interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Love pictures of your beautiful children. The library photos would IMO be so much better in color, with the extremely busy backgrounds and the pattern clothes of the kids they get seriously lost by blending into their surrounding. The images are also terribly flat lacking contrast.
I kinda wish those images are in colour. Children libraries are vibrant with colours. Some of the late afternoon sun rays might be quite neat in colours too. Thanks for sharing!
b&w is timeless, but I agree that color may cut down on some of the dizzying lines, like in #4.
Personal: these are memory builders, "my parents always took me to the library."
Use a desk and internal timer, or tripod, or have someone get YOU in the photos; your children will appreciate it later.
