Have you contacted this company? Prices seem reasonable for their standard stuff. Don't know how flexible they are for custom orders. Even if they aren't willing to do custom boxes for you, they might be able to give you a referral to a company that does.

Do you expect people from the UK to order stuff from NZ?
I am about 3 months too late, you're absolutely right! I'm afraid I only saw this randomly, and I thought someone else might be interested if they are looking as well.
Regarding taxes, I'd be really interested to know what you guys pay - do you have thresholds at which point the taxes are less?
