My D700 is locking up suddenly when used with my MB-D10. Has been working fine up until I had a shoot today. Last night used it perfectly fine but today the mirror would just lock up. Noticed it first when I tried to use an SB600 on it, wouldn't work. So took that off, worked a little but then started to lock up. Now it's every time you press the shutter it will lock up. Only thing I'm getting on top is [Err] and one time I got [Cha] (I think, I was driving and messing with it afterwards). Works fine when the grip is off, or when it is on but the battery is set to use in camera first. Batteries used are genuine Nikons, also didn't work with Enloops. Any help would be great.
It is, as far as I know, I'm 100% anti third party. I bought it from the body and grip from a reputable guy on the boards and has been working fine since the day I got it. Put on probably 10k+ shots since with D700/MBD10/ENEL4 within the last month with no issues.
