Another portrait

I'm unsure about the left side, there was a vase pending in front of the window and I didn't move it.
I think the fact that it is framing the face is ok, but I'm unsure.
In order to eliminate the blue hose support outside, I turned it in bw, but i'm not sure I did a good job, I alway have a lot of problems in bw.

If you spend a little time with it, you can get rid of all the kinks. This is the best I can do in 5 minutes.

Everything to the left of the face adds nothing to the story / impact here. Crop in the middle of the tan vertical line and use it on the left to frame the faces on the right and it will be less of a distraction.

Ask what are the focal points? Face / Reflection Then ask what is likely to pull attention off and distract then finds ways to eliminate the distraction or make it contrast less if you can't.

When in doubt I crop in tight on focal point / focal points with crop tool and expand outward until my eye is distracted by some contrasting distraction entering the frame on the edges.
