I have written a piece for my BLOG on printing BIG. I've posted on the landscape forum as many landscape photographers might want to consider these issues when they make the step to putting a large landscape image on their wall.
Its most relevant to the UK members as its about the production of large prints in the UK. This is a personal workflow and other approaches are not presented and may be be equally successful. (I know that Fred has some good interpolation software for instance). I am sure other print production companies produce good work too. The main themes and considerations are generally applicable though.
