Yes I heard a lot about flashbay from here and I got a sample pack from them free of charge. It also came with a pack of gummies (which got a WTH reaction from us, since it was so random, promptly before SO tears into it).
The min order quantity is 25 so it's not bad. You can get some cases for it (not included in sample pack). I might switch over but the packaging from the DNL DVD albums are so nice and has a certain weight to it.
I don't know of any particular local sources but there must be tons, the promo shops all do them but their MOQ might be higher. If you ever go to Incentive Works tradeshow in downtown Toronto, it's a free industry event for corporate planners and the promoshop exhibitors all have some USB drives there.
