I had this strap for two years and use it occasionally. It is secure and well build however there is one problem. Just last sunday my 500mm with body slide down on the snow because the strap slide off the strap adjuster. To fix this I had to sew the tips of the strap so that it won't go through the adjuster.
If you look at the picture the strap goes through the adjuster the wrong way

As with any camera 'strap'...doubling back to secure, should be blatantly obvious. Sorry.
I don't know what else manufacturers can do to protect themselves against this type of silly stuff other then require a simple intelligence test before allowing purchase. I managed to spit out my morning coffee over this one, wow!
