Nice Antherium! Looks like it's mostly back lit? With a splash of light from above? I like the comp and the lighting effect, but the quality of the light leaves me wondering. Perhaps a white balance adjustment? Maybe I'm just using strobes too much? Something I find helpful when using a black BG is to burn the stem at the base where it exits the frame.....Anyway, nice post!
The lighting is wonderful for me, minimal petal reflection, nice color depth and great DOF on this shot. Lots of dimension to the leaf which I normally see very flat.
