The first one looks a bit oddly focused. More a too shallow DOF. You probably want the nose in focus. Otherwise it just doesn't look right.
Same thing with the second one. It is also a bit noisy.
Third one is a great shot, but still a bit noisy(can fix in post).
Gteat poses, just some small things. What gear were you using?

Hi,
A few QUICK Comments:
1. I suggest you post the photos with 800px on the TALL side maximum. As shown now, they are too large to easily view.
2. I think the compositions are the weakest part of these images.
IF you are going to show a man plinking keys on a piano, show the hand, don't cut it off.
IF you are going to show a man sitting a piano, show the arms, don't cut them off.

Looks like your camera is back focussing to me. The first two shots are focussed on his ear. Also watch for unwanted colour cast.
