As many of you know, The Snow Queen is a fairy tale by H.C.Andersen and centers on the struggle between good and evil as experienced by a little boy and girl, Kai and Gerda. In this studio picture are the "Snow Queen" and "Kai".
The picture was made just for the fun of making it (and for my part to try some lighting things).
As the main light I used a 70cm Elinchrom Rotalux (Deep) without the fabrics just with a deflector, as a kind of a beauty dish. I couldnīt get the snow in the studio, so I used some tulle instead + some post work of course to make it remind a little bit of the snow Cheers,
