Your main light about 90 degrees to her left and up pretty high, throwing her nose shadow across her mouth. As a general rule, place your light at 45 degrees to her, with the bottom of your light moderator in line with her chin, so the main source of the light is still slightly above her. That's a good starting point. This one's too high, and too far to the side. No catchlights in the eyes, no light to the eyes.
